Smooth Smoothie

Smoothie. A healthy way to start the day. Smoothies are very tasty and can do wonders for your body. The smoothie I have every morning consists of protein powder, bananas, frozen fruit and berries, goji berries, chia seeds, cacao beans, a power green blend (it can consist of spinach, kale, arugula, dandelion greens, broccoli, and other greens), and almond milk. No ice is necessary if the berries are frozen. This smoothie is extremely healthy and part of the reason I rarely get sick. Some of the best smoothies are simple fruit smoothies. My favorite fruit smoothies are banana, passion fruit, and guava. Banana smoothies are really easy since they only contain banana, milk, and ice. Some of the most popular are mango, strawberry, blueberry, and other common fruit. Another smoothie that is love has chocolate, peanut butter, banana, coconut, ice, and almond milk. It isn’t as healthy as the others but it tastes great. One thing I learned the hard way is to never put citrus and peanut butter in the same smoothie. It does not taste good. Smoothies are delicious and rejuvenating and should be made every day.
