Tacos Galore

Tacos tacos tacos. I had to start with tacos because I live in Southern California. The great thing about tacos is that they can taste like food from everywhere. Put some beef with curry powder and some white rice on a spongey tortilla and you have Thai/Indian tacos. Grill or fry some delicious fish with pico de gallo, and you have wonderful fish tacos. This blog will focus on Mexican style tacos. Get a nice corn tortilla (soft or hard), and put some refried, chili, or black beans on it. Then, you can add grilled chicken (pollo asado), carne asada, steak, or sautéed ground beef (there are also vegetarian options, you just have to look around). Next, put some cheddar or cotija cheese, topped with some avocado (or guacamole) and salsa. You can always add and substitute ingredients to fit your taste buds. You can also use the same ingredients for burritos, just use a big flour tortilla.
